Wanted more color and cleaner looks, so I tweaked the Reshade Framework until I got everything according to my preferences.
It removes the dull aspect of vanilla.

Depth of Field (distant)
VIbrance
Curves
Sepia
Dither
Lumasharpen
Liftgammagain
Install: extract to Fallout main folder.
Hope some people agree with my choices.
