The Cryolator is already an awesome weapon, but I thought it could use a little bigger punch, especially
regarding the energy resistances in higher difficulties than normal. So i added 5 points of damage, doubled
the ammo capacity and changed its damage type into cryo. Should be compatible with any mod that does
not especially alter the Cryolator file, so custom weapon mods for it, or similar mods, should work without
problems.
*update v.1.1: now has a new Barrel craftable at any weaponmod station. Reduces damage but greatly increases range and ammo capacity. Also changes used ammo to flamer fuel.
