A personal preset that I use on my GTX 970 for use in taking artistic screenshots, requires high end specs to use as a gameplay preset, does not use SMAA/FXAA or Ambient Occlusion or DoF, although they can all be activated with the mediator. simply load Mediator whilst in game change settings and apply, works whilst ingame. In game use all maxed settings along with Temporal Anti-aliasing.
