You have to edit the Fallout4.ini file in ../my games/Fallout4/ folder. Add the following:sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MATERIALS\
Tweeked the original metal texture slightly to come up with this and I used styk666 specular maps to make it shiny.
