Adds a USSR badge to the Ushanka hat
I have not found any bugs seems to be working great for me
Installation: Drag the textures folder into your data folder located in your Fallout 4 directory (this will only work if you have modding enabled if you dont have modding enabled or have any issues watch the video below for a DETAILED guide on how to install this)
