INSTALLATION:
Go to \Documents\My Games\Fallout 4\
open Fallout 4.ini and edit this line
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\
to look like this
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, INTERFACE\, TEXTURES\, SOUND\, MESHES\, MUSIC\, LODSETTINGS\, SCRIPTS\, VIDEO\
now open Fallout4Prefs.ini and under the [Launcher] add this line
bEnableFileSelection=1
