If you’re having trouble creating a female character that you like the appearance of, you can grab this one if you like the look. I named her Laura because that is one of the spoken names in-game by Codsworth. You’ll be able to change the name and tweak the appearance to your liking when you leave the Vault – this sequence hasn’t happened yet.
Update: I uploaded my original save as an optional file where she’s still unnamed and standing at the mirror. You’ll need to change her cheekbones to smooth rather than weathered before you leave the vault, but you’ll be able to choose your SPECIAL & name yourself right away with this one.
