the first texture in game that caught my eye immediately. nice low res crap. therefore I have decided to correct this error.
The textures are still not quite perfect but for the moment they look good. perhaps I’ll do a 4k version.

How to activate loose textures:
Locate C:\Users\MyName\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Fallout4.ini and
change sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\ to sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\
