adds a standalone retextured version the colonial duster (Preston Garveys outfit) to what i think a modernish minuteman general would look like. Hope ya,ll like it. 🙂 if anybody would like to see something different done to it, leave a comment and ill do my best.
for now just the one texture planning on adding the rest from my other mod later
