Wel, this was just a new main character i was making, turned out he looked similar to a younger Bruce Campbell. It is not exact, that wasn’t the intention. But anyway, I thought I would share his save. When you load up you will just outside the elevator so you can re-set his skills and what have you.
Installation:
Extract the save file into your Documents > My Games > Fallout4 > Saves directory.
