Flag Replacement

Currently taking some requests on what flags to add so removed the word England from the name.
I wanted to make sanctuary feel more like home so I quickly edited the USA Pre-War Flag with the Flag of England. I didn’t make a file with the _s extension (I think it’s the specular map but not a graphics guy) because I had no idea how. Currently it looks good enough for me although a tad bright but I feel it just shines some light into grim wasteland.
I used this program to extract the texture B.A.E

Install

– Extract the textures folder to the fallout 4 data folder:
…\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data
– Change this line in the Fallout4.ini…
sResourceDataDirsFinal*STRINGS\
– To this, if you haven’t already done so…
sResourceDataDirsFinal*STRINGS\, TEXTURES\
– The file is located in your documents folder here:
…\Documents\My Games\Fallout4
– Save the ini file

I noticed when taking the screenshots that I haven’t changed the name of the flag in the game. If I do change it somehow I will update here.
