Installation

STEP 1: extract the “textures” folder of either jersey version into your Fallout intsallation’s “Data” folder
(i.e. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\)

STEP 2: Edit My Games/Fallout4.ini:
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\
to
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\,
