Than this mod is for you.
I’ve spent one day learning Autohotkey.com and made custom script
that redirects 5 mouse buttons / double clicks / combos
and helps in 70% of time – pure exploration of wasteland.
In other words with 5 buttons mouse (only!) you can:
not only shoot and aim,
but
use items, walk / backwards, sprint,
open pip-boy & VATS,
check favorites, hide weapons,
and more later.
For fights and more complicated stuff you still need the keyboard.
Script uses standard binds like: W walk, E – use, etc. (check GIF below).
However if this script eventually become popular:

2. Run Fallout4 and enjoy
p.s. Make sure that Fallout 4 window
has name ‘Fallout 4’ otherwise it won’t work
