Are you not satisfied with the initial SPECIAL budget of 21 points to spend? Perhaps it’s too hard out there and you need a better start. Or it’s too easy and you’d like a greater challenge.
This mod gives you the option of choosing how many points you begin with. The values range from 7 to 63 in increments of 7, as well as a 40 point start that matches the initial SPECIAL numbers from Fallout 3 (5 per stat + 5 to spend).
