This simple retexture replaces the Deliverer (covertsidearm) texture.
The japanese letters translate to “Silent Whisper”.
How to install:
1. Enable mods
– Find your Fallout4.ini, usually found under Documents/My Games/Fallout4
– Find the line “sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\” and replace it with “sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\”
– Save your ini file.

2. Throw everything in the data folder in your Fallout 4 directory, usually found under Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Fallout 4
