Instead of making 1 syringe, you now make 10. Feels more balanced.
To install, extract to data folder. Make sure you enable launcher in the .ini file in User Directory. Also if you didn’t know click on the left hand side of the power armour helmet (slightly below and to the right of the eye socket) to view the launcher – just adding this because it took me ages to figure out!
