This config changes pretty much everything. Its a really low spec config, but playable at high fps.
The shadows look bad
The models are jaggy
The resolution is small
But us potato people can load/play a great story in the meantime.
Boost more fps by reducing theese lines in Fallout4prefs.ini

fLODFadeOutMultItems=4.0000
fLODFadeOutMultActors=6.0000
iSize H=768
iSize W=1024
and also don’t launch the game from the launcher, use the Fallout4.exe, it should skip the specials movie.
