Description
Are you wanting to play the new Battlefront, but can’t release yourself from Fallout 4? Look no further than this mod!
This mod will replace the default sounds for the Laser Rifle and Pistol, with those of a Stormtroopers rifle and Han Solo’s blaster.
At this time the mod doesn’t include automatic versions, but if it proves popular, I’ll try and make that!
Installation
To install drop the “sound” folder into your: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data folder.
You will also need to find your Fallout4.ini file in the following location: Documents\My Games\Fallout4
Open it with notepad, or any other text editor, and find the line: “sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\”
In order to support sound mods, this line will need to be changed to: “sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, SOUND\”
If you want to support most mods, change it to include:
“sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, INTERFACE\, TEXTURES\, SOUND\, MESHES\, MUSIC\, LODSETTINGS\, SCRIPTS\, VIDEO\”
