This is a simple modification that addresses a handful of issues with the Scrounger perk:
.44 caliber, 10mm, 2mm EC, Shotgun Shells, Fusion Cells, Plasma Cartridges, and Flamer Fuel can now be found, in quantities accordingly to their value
The quantity of .50 caliber ammo the perk provides now matches that of .308
.38 caliber ammo is no longer disproportionately favored by the loot table
