Fallout 4 Hide Pip-Boy

This mod hides the Pip-Boy in 3rd person view. It is still visible when opening the menu with Tab.

Warning:
It is a very early workaround and basically replaces the model with a more or less blank model file, so this is not perfect.

Since the game still assumes there is a Pip-Boy some clothing and armor will look strange and some don´t have a texture at all in that place, but thats more rare from what I´ve seen yet. See the new image of buggy armor / clothing, but I couldn´t check all because I´m not that far in the game yet.
Also the lower left arm armor, where usually the Pip-Boy sits, will still not be shown.

At the moment there is not really a way for me to do much more for the mod until the new version of nifSkope or scripting tools is released.

How to install:
1. Copy / extract the Data directory into your Fallout 4 installation path (e.g. C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\). This will not overwrite files if you don´t already have mods installed that affect the Pip-Boy.

2. Now we have to enable loading files from the directory we just inserted.
Open Fallout4.ini (prob. C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\my games\Fallout4) and find the line that says:

sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\

3. Replace it with this (you really only need to add MESHES\ here but you won´t have to do this again for other mods this way):

sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MUSIC\, SOUND\, INTERFACE\, MESHES\, PROGRAMS\, MATERIALS\, LODSETTINGS\, VIS\, MISC\, SCRIPTS\, SHADERSFX\

Uninstall:
Go to your Fallout 4 installation path and delete Data\meshes\pipboy\characterassets\pipboylowplayer.nif
