This small mod add support for Russian (Cyrillic) font to a game debugging console

Install:
Unpack 2 files (fontconfig.txt, fonts_console.swf) from the archive to a ..\Fallout 4\Data\Interface
Add to %USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Fallout4.ini
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, INTERFACE\
