This is a black retexture for the “clean black suit”.
INSTALLATION:
1. Copy files to DATA\TEXTURES folder located in your FALLOUT 4 game folder (create a \textures folder under \Data if there isn’t one).
2. If not done this already, edit Fallout4.ini in your Documents\My Games\Fallout4 folder:
