This is stand-alone mod that contains an esp file BombshellLookForPiper 2F1E.esp. When installed the mod changes the face and hair of vanilla Piper npc to the looks of Bombshell Betty by Mystolle
To install:
Copy the esp file to Steam/steamapps/common/Fallout 4/Data folder, reload the game being sure the esp is active.
Voila!
To uninstall: Reverse above.
