This is just a simple alternative replacement to the Default Pip-Boy screen. I repeat, only the screen changes, not the entire Pip-Boy, read FAQ.
Right now you can choose from three sexy and totally different styles:

Installation guide:
Before doing anything go to “Documents\My Games\Fallout4” and open the file “Fallout4.ini” and change the following line “sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\” (Use Ctrl + F to search for it) to sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MUSIC\, SOUND\, INTERFACE\, MESHES\, PROGRAMS\, MATERIALS\, LODSETTINGS\, VIS\, MISC\, SCRIPTS\, SHADERSFX\
Extract “AlternativeSexyPipBoyScreen.zip” in your PC, inside the folder there should be 3 folders with different names, choose the one you want to use.
Go to the folder where you have the game installed, by default is set to: C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\SteamApps\Common\Fallout4
Drag the “Data” folder from your chosen version, drag it to C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\SteamApps\Common\Fallout4
Uninstall guide:
Remove the “pipboyscreen_d.dds” from C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\SteamApps\Common\Fallout4\Data\Textures\animobjects\pipboy
FAQ:
Q: Nice screen replacement, but what about the Pip-Boy design? Why it changes just the screen?
A: Currently this is just a screen replacement, if you want the same design from the pictures, use this: TIE Fighter Pip-Boy Texture Overhaul by doctrderp
Q: The screen looks different, more darker than in your screen, why?
A: Depending on the time of day and the weather condition your Pip-Boy will look completely different, it is a normal thing that the screen in your game will not look the same.
